A jury found appellant, Vickie Y. Drake, guilty of the offense of arson of a building. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 28.02(a)(2) (Vernon 2003). The trial court sentenced her to fifteen years' imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant's motion for a new trial was overruled by operation of law. Appellant asserts four points of error on appeal. We affirm.
